There are a number of ways to engage as an exhibitor at the mHealth Summit. Please review the exhibit options and costs below to find the best opportunity for your company.

 
 

OPEN SPACE PACKAGE

Continua Corporate Members
$21 per square foot
Non-Corporate Members
$23 per square foot

 

 

Each Exhibit Space Includes the Following:

  • 2 Exhibit Passes for the first 100 square feet (1 additional pass per additional 100 square feet)
  • Listing in the Official Summit Program
  • Listing on Official Summit Website with Link Back to Exhibitor's Website
  • Company Booth ID Sign (Linear Booths Only)

*NOTE: Carpeting, Furniture, Electrical, and Internet are NOT included in the exhibit space cost. These and additional items are available through the Official Summit Contractors. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Order Kits for details and additional information.

 

 
 

MEETING ROOM SPACE

Meeting space is always in high demand. Conduct meetings in your own private 10'x20' meeting room on the exhibit floor.

RESERVE YOUR SPACE

 

Take the following steps to secure your exhibit space:

 

  • View the 2014 mHealth Summit Floor Plan
  • Contact Bonnie Knight at 703-562-8810 or bknight@pchalliance.org to reserve an open booth
  • Once you are in the system, you will receive login and password information via email allowing you to login and complete the exhibit space contract
  • Follow the steps to complete the contract, review terms & conditions, and proceed with making the required payment
  • Once deposit is received, you will receive an email confirming your space
